I don't know what's wrong with people. This is the most hype I've seen about something on Newgrounds in a long ass time. It's a chance to be recognized and to plainly tell people that you were in it. It gives not only a huge amount of bragging rights, but also a chance to be introduced to the Newgrounds staff as a credible flash artist. Collabs are a great way to stand up and be recognized. And FOR GOD SAKES THERE'S AN ADVERTISEMENT ON THE PAGE FOR IT. How much more exposure can you get?!

I think I tried a demo of Solid, like, once... of course, even with my super limited knowledge, I came up with one really REALLY lame idea that linked solid snake with the 'snakes on an airplane' movie. Yeah, that's right, it was THAT lame of an idea. Be glad I'm not doing it! :D

Man, this is really depressing me. This should be an historic collaboration. The series is full of material to use. Some of the funniest video game parodies ever are of MGS (Fiesta, Crab Battle, Awesome). Everybody trying to participate seems to have down syndrome or something. Hopefully a lot of good stuff will rush in near the due date.

i just bought metal gear solid the twin snakes and i see why everyone likes the series so much!! i always knew about the series but until just recently i haven't ever played them, the old metal gears (besides 3 and 4) are impossible to come by

Mine is based on MGS3!!! As a matter of fact, it takes place near the end and off of a boss fight and one of the secrets you can perform during it. Hopefully I will be able to finish it before the deadline, because it's coming up fast and I have finals. If only this took place during summer!

Jesus Crist! I cannot believe that this game has so much potential. When I first saw the game, the first thought I had was that the game was another Pandora Tomorrow. I never thought that there would be guys with supernatural powers, let alone vampire faggots. This game has a motley crew of weirdos who need to be mocked and derided...BADLY!

You should move the due date up a couple weeks, or so, in order to fix the mess you guys have gotten yourself into. You also need to emphasize that you don't need to play the game in make fun of it it. The better (i.e. smarter) flash animators won't make a submission if they don't know anything about the game.

Mine is really just a joke about Snake and smoking. Is that a problem? Have you been getting a lot of smoking jokes? I mean, I hope that it's at least animated well enough to excuse that. If you don't like it, I could always take it somewhere more unexpected, but I'm not redoing what I've got so far.
